My goal is to help highly motivated people grow athletically, intellectually, and socially. I specialize in XC, Track (distance and sprints), and speed development. I’ve worked with professional athletes who run a true 4.4 40yd dash on lasers all the way up to HS XC runners who have run low 15 minutes for boys and 17 minutes for girls.

As an athlete, I held a top 60 world ranking in the Indoor Track 3000m in 2009 and have competed in 2 USA Track Championships as well as the 2012 Olympic Marathon Trials. I’ve run 13:51 for 5000m and 7:58 for 3000m.

I have a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. Over the past 11 years I have helped over 30 athletes qualify for New Balance High School Track Nationals, 15 athletes medal at their State Track Championships, 2 XC teams place second in the state and several teams win their County and Regional Track Championships. I’ve also trained over 1,000 ball sports athletes in speed development. Many have gone on to play for D1 schools in their respective sports.

I have worked with college scholarship athletes in Track, XC, Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Baseball to improve their speed and strength. I help people become more capable so when game time comes they can dominate.
